01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Cameron Academy ("Cameron Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida-based business operating at cameron.academy.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, using the AI Voice Coach, starting a Test Drive, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using any part of Cameron Academy's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Cameron Academy.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Cameron Academy. If you are between 16 and 17 years old, you may only use the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use Cameron Academy, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and assumes responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.

Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or use Cameron Academy. If we become aware that a user is under 16 without appropriate parental consent, we will promptly terminate their account and delete associated data.

03 Account Registration

To access Cameron Academy, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Cameron Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.

04 Free Test Drive

Cameron Academy offers a one-time, 60-minute free Test Drive to registered users. The Test Drive provides full, unrestricted access to the platform, including all four exam modes, the AI Voice Coach, analytics, immersive themes, and all other features available to paid subscribers.

The Test Drive does not require a credit card or any payment information. The 60-minute timer runs only while you are actively on the platform page — switching tabs, closing your browser, or navigating away pauses the clock automatically.

Each user is entitled to one (1) Test Drive per account. Once your 60 minutes have been used, the Test Drive cannot be restarted, extended, or transferred. To continue using Cameron Academy after your Test Drive, you must subscribe to a paid plan.

Cameron Academy reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Test Drive offer at any time without prior notice.

05 Subscriptions & Billing

Cameron Academy offers two subscription plans, both providing full, unrestricted access to all platform features:

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.

Subscription pricing is subject to change. If we change our prices, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payment processing is handled securely by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. Cameron Academy does not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. If a payment fails, our payment processor will automatically retry the charge over a period of several days and you will be notified by email. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method. No data or progress is lost during a payment pause.

Plan switching: You may upgrade from Monthly to Annual at any time — your remaining monthly balance will be prorated toward the annual price. Switching from Annual to Monthly takes effect at your next renewal date.

06 Free Trial Period

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features. Your payment method is required at signup but will not be charged until the trial period ends.

If you cancel before the 7-day trial expires, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

The free trial is separate from the Test Drive. The Test Drive is a 60-minute no-credit-card preview; the free trial is a 7-day full-access period that begins when you enter your payment information and subscribe.

Each user is eligible for one (1) free trial. Attempting to obtain multiple free trials by creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

07 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Membership Dashboard via the billing portal. Cancellation is self-service — no emails, phone calls, or support requests are required. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to Cameron Academy through the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge (i.e., after your free trial ends and your first subscription payment is processed). If you are not satisfied within this 7-day window, contact us at [email protected] and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. The money-back guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle and only if the refund is requested within 7 days of the first charge.

Refund requests made after the 7-day money-back window — including requests to retroactively apply the guarantee to the free trial period — will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Cameron Academy's sole discretion. Annual subscribers who cancel after the 7-day window are not entitled to a prorated refund for unused months.

08 AI Voice Coach

Cameron Academy's AI Voice Coach is a study assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It is designed to help you learn, review, and prepare for exams. You may interact with the AI Coach via text and voice.

The AI Voice Coach includes built-in safety measures and will automatically restrict or shut down interactions if it detects misuse, malicious activity, or attempts to circumvent its intended educational purpose.

When you use voice features, audio data is processed in real time to facilitate the conversation. For details on how voice data is handled, stored, and protected, see our Privacy Policy.

The AI Voice Coach supports multiple languages. The availability and quality of language support may vary and is subject to change.

Cameron Academy is not responsible for any academic, professional, licensing, or other outcomes based on information provided by the AI Voice Coach. You use the AI Coach at your own discretion and risk.

09 Question Banks & Content

Cameron Academy's exam prep question banks contain official, approved content designed to help you prepare for state-approved licensing examinations. Our question banks are not generated by AI. All questions come from verified, authoritative sources and are specifically designed for licensing exam preparation.

While we make every effort to keep question banks accurate and up to date, Cameron Academy does not guarantee that any specific question will appear on your actual licensing exam. Exam content, formats, and requirements are set by the relevant licensing authorities and may change without notice.

Cameron Academy does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including, but not limited to, individual study effort, prior knowledge, and current exam standards.

Question bank coverage spans healthcare, real estate, insurance, and professional licensing fields. Our catalog is continuously updated and expanded. For information about specific exam coverage, contact us or ask the AI Coach directly.

10 Blog & AI-Generated Content

Cameron Academy publishes blog articles and educational content on our website. Some of this content is created or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated or AI-assisted blog content is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. While we review this content for accuracy, it may contain errors or outdated information. AI-generated blog content does not constitute professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for guidance from a licensed professional in the relevant field.

Cameron Academy is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated blog content.

11 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cameron Academy only for its intended purpose: personal exam preparation and professional development. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account access or any platform content to third parties
• Copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, or redistribute question bank content in any format
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform or AI systems
• Use the AI Coach for purposes unrelated to exam preparation (e.g., generating unrelated content, circumventing safety features, or conducting unauthorized research)
• Exploit, manipulate, or abuse the Test Drive or free trial system, including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free access
• Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the platform
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at Cameron Academy's sole discretion, without refund.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Cameron Academy — including but not limited to the platform design, user interface, question bank content, AI Coach system, immersive environments, themes, animations, graphics, logos, branding, and all underlying code — are owned by Cameron Academy and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Cameron Academy is a property of CameronAcademy.com. All associated trademarks, service marks, and branding are the property of their respective owners.

13 Third-Party Services

Cameron Academy relies on third-party services to operate the platform. These include, but are not limited to:

• Third-party payment processor — for payment processing, subscription management, and billing portal functionality (identified in our Privacy Policy)
• Google Cloud Platform — for hosting the AI-powered exam prep application
• AI language model providers — for powering the AI Voice Coach and voice narration features

Cameron Academy is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, availability, or performance of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service used in connection with Cameron Academy.

14 Data & Account Retention

Your study history, analytics data, achievements, and AI Coach memory are tied to your account, not your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your account and data remain intact. If you resubscribe at a later date, your progress will be available where you left off.

Progress data does not automatically sync across devices. You may export your data from within the application and import it on another device.

Cameron Academy reserves the right to delete inactive accounts and associated data after 24 months of inactivity (no login). We will attempt to notify you via email before deletion.

15 Disclaimer of Warranties

Cameron Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes, scores, or results. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided by the AI Voice Coach.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cameron Academy and its owners, operators, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or exam outcomes — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

In no event shall Cameron Academy's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Cameron Academy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cameron Academy and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

18 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

19 Changes to These Terms

Cameron Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of Cameron Academy after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
