Washington Requirement Details for Real Estate Continuing Education – First Renewal
The educational requirement for the first renewal is 30 hours of Advanced Practices, 30 hours of Real Estate Law and 30 hours of Continuing Education.
License Renewal Date: Every two years on the licensee’s birth date
